After 14 years of being in the building trade and having offices based in Aydin where our limited company specialise in building and selling Commercial and Industrial buildings alongside Apartments and Villas. Our large family run company, held in high regard on a national basis, decided to expand their business into the building and real estate market in Altinkum.
Ozsubasi Homes Ltd has now been trading in the real estate market, in Altinkum, Turkey since 2004 and has steadily built up a good clientele.
The company directors are all brothers, namely Salim, Maşallah and Fatih Subaşı and originate from a town in the North of Turkey called Muş. They started their own business in 1992 building for the local government in Denizli, Balıkesir, Tavas and Aydin. |
Our company Accountants are Ramazan Şubası and Erentürk Erbaş, Ramazan is the brother of the company directors and his main office is based in Aydin. Ramazan then decided to open an accountancy office in Altinkum together with his partner Erentürk and it is Erentürk that operates the office in Altinkum. Erentürk finished his Unversity in Istanbul and was the accountant for Kipa (Tesco’s), Aydin and can also speak English.
The Manager of Ozsubasi Homes Ltd is an ex-university graduate, originally studying to be an architect, Eyüp Subaşi, whom after working alongside his family in the building trade was given the chance to set up an office in Altinkum and use his skills and qualifications to move into the real estate market. Eyüp moved to Altinkum in 2004 and enjoys watching football (Beşiktaş), playing football and generally anything of an athletic nature. Eyüp can speak both Turkish and English. |

The Sales & Adminıstratıon Manager of Ozsubasi Homes Ltd is an ex criminal law secretary, Sharon Chenaf, who worked for a solicitors based in Crawley, West Sussex for 3 years. Prior to that Sharon worked for an Independent Financial Advisers / Insurance Brokers for 10 years and attended Crawley College to study to become a Financial Adviser. Sharon has lived in Turkey for 2 years working in the real estate industry and has gained experience both personal and professional to take on her current position. She enjoys watching football (Chelsea), reading and socialising.
Korhan Onural is our main man for all the airport transfers. Korhan will meet and greet you at the airport and take you to your hotel and make sure you are settled in before he leaves. Originally from İstanbul, Korhan has lived in Germany, speaks fluent German and his English is slowly improvıng! He moved to Altinkum with his family for a more relaxing lifestyle. |
| Our UK partner, Andy Singleton, was previously an IT Consultant and is now devotıng all his time to promotıng our properties. He lives in Holmfırth, West Yorkshire the home of ‘Last of the Summer Wıne’. Andy, whıle working wıth ourselves, will liaise with potential customers from England guiding them through the whole process of purchasing a property in Turkey, from appearıng at property exhibitions to arranging Inspection Trips. In hıs spare tıme Andy enjoys computers and socialising. |
